Sometimes this is normal for friends to pick on one another but sometimes they may go too far. Tell them you don't like being made fun of and if they continue to do so, ignore them as much as possible.

I'm currently in a similar situation so I know how you feel. Since my friends pis* me off I try and get away from them as much as possible and hang out with the people that just make me laugh.

Or maybe they see that you're identifying with a new sort of look and now they cant relate to you, which might hurt them a little bit and lead them to make fun of you.

Many reasons....the last one I mentioned was why I used to pick on my friend. She was "scene" and I wasn't. That made us different, which hurt me a little bit.

So just rock out your new hair with confidence and soon your friends will get used to it and stop the teasing.

YOu have outgrown your friends. Friends who are cruel and unkind should be avoided. Simply avoid them, move on. They will either come looking for you. When they start to be cruel, excuse yourself. Find someone else to talk to and hang out with.

Haha. this question is really funny. Me and my friends when we see each other scream, "Oh my God! Hey b!*tch!" Or, "I missed you, b!*tch!" And if we dont like something about the other we say, "Omg! That's so f*cking ugly! Please dont blind my eyes with its uglyness!" And if one of us is going out with someone ugly we might say, "What the f*ck? Why are you going out with him? You are so hot! If I was lesbian I'd totally date you! So please! Just stop!" We're really roudy and love each other tho and when it comes to fighting we got each others back. So your friends are prob. a milder version of my friends. Or it could like this girl we became friends with a couple yrs back. She told diff. stuff to each of us about each other and we started to believe til we found out what she was doing and kicked her azz...but we all moved to dif. cities now and...wait I'm getting off topic! The point is...you never know! lols.

imagine them trying to have scene hair...it would probably be horrible b/c they wouldn't know how to do it. Are you sure they're your friends? Friends don't make you feel like ****. Maybe you should find some other people to hang out with because they are going their own direction. I had friends like that. All of a sudden they got extremely preppy and really snotty. I was like okay bye bye I don't want to be your friend anymore....and I'm glad I did it.

Anyway don't listen to them they are mean and you deserve better.
