Yes, they usually do. Just find a picture of something that looks like what you want, and try it out. If you get somebody else to do it, it wouldn't be "scene".

to be honest, most actually DONT! they get it done by ppl who excel in that area than they say they did it themselves............pick the best option for YOOH! no wat others think !!!!

I really doubt a teenager can razor their hair in layers perfectly from all angles.
Best to go to a hairdresser and give a reference picture of what you want. It's less hassle and you don't wind up chopping part of your hair off.
