I have scene hair and I put blue streaks in it.

I'd dye it a stratling color like pink, green, yellow or orange, if you dont dye all your hair you can still just hillight it in any color u want

layers, layers layers. lots of them. extensions. dye it black or white, and put some pretty colours in. get a nice fringe. accssorize. easy peasy

Okay, now here we go:



Color: Typically it would be dyed black with colored streaks in it. Now if you can't do the streaks, black is fine, or even just your regular hair color and focus on the style.



Style: Now layers are the big thing with it, and the big bangs in the front that sweep to one side. What I suggest is getting an extreme reverse bob with layers. What it basically is, is really short in the back, and so you can use gel to make it spiky, or even just let it lay flat, depending on your mood, or emotional statement. And just leave it long in the front so you can sweep it over your face.



Product: Pomade, Gel, Mousse, are the best things too. The ABSOLUTE best is hair putty or taffy, I use it ALL THE TIME..
