that's the kind of hair i want to this is really simple

what you can do is go to a hair salon and ask for some high lights but to make them look natural (but ask you mom/dad cause highlights do cost a lot) then you ask for a side part like for you bangs to be on one side of your face ( if you don't have any bangs like then one in the the pic then just ask for then to cut you bangs but about shorter then your mouth but longer then your nose) you don't even have to have a stylist do you hair like on one side you can be creative and do it your self

Most do it themselves but if you really want to perfect scene hair like she does you take that photo to a hair salon and get it done.
