I got the scene/emo hair cut but i cant seem to style it right! help?

i got my hair cut a month ago yet i cant seem to style it right!

does any one know any product or what i can do to get my hair like this?

My hair does that 'cause it's naturally wavy and straightening it makes it look like that. Try blowdrying it and using hairspray or something on it.

you need to back comb it and use thick hair paste, you can get it at a salon.

Get the bits that you want to stand up light that (or make 'poofy') and use harispray on them, then hairdry immediantly.

I find this works the best rather than any other product.

Well, If your hair is greasy already,

I suggest gettng a volume cream

or something

But, when your hair is dry,

flip your head upside down

and spray lots of hairspray,

and that should volumize it

and then,

take like

a comb, and tease your hair

starting

from the roots and going up

Teasing is

how they get their hair to so that.

thats like the only way.

and then put some bed head

or holding gel on it.

hmm...i had that exact same problem but u know what works?

you need:

all day hairspray

and a comb

if u want to do the "fluffy"part pick up a short part of hair at the top up ^ and brush down that area u just picked up with the comb and then put some hairspray [[repeat through out the hair area u want to "poof"]]that way it stays like that all day. :D

ok, it'll work if u hav very short layers.

1.tie the longest bits of your hair together

2.tip your head upsidedown

3. back comb/brush all the short bits upsidedown

4.spray a simple volumising hairpray

5.head up again

6.brush very top bits to whatever positioning you like

theres definitally a need to voluminizing products. at least for the top and then straighten the bottom.

(in the first picture. . . its very likely that her hair is short [like the top part] and she has on extensions}
