What is "Scene" fashion and hair?

what makes it "scence"?

What is "Scene" fashion and hair?

First you have to understand what scene is. Scene is a mixture of emo and preppy. Girls usually have choppy layered hair, with different color highlights like pink, blue, ornage, ect. They tend to wear skinny jeans, tight band tees and flats or converse. The hair can usually be styled different ways.

You can have the fashion mullet, teased hair (big hair) or just choppy layers with spiking up. The make up can usually be bright neon colors or you can have dark makeup. eyeliner is a must for both scene female and males.

Hope I helped and p.s. it's just a fad/style

scene makes it different from everyone else.

some people call them attention whores because they steal the spotlight with their style. i personally think that SOME scene people look like idiots with the 3 different colored and animal printed hair. i love the scene fashion, there's no wrongs about it. they tend to be the true PREPS if you ask me.

"scene" is basically another word for "emo" and "punk" (although if you ask an emo or punk person, they will swear there is a difference, even if they can't tell you what it is). Anyway, a "scene" hairstyle is usually (for guys) long black bangs in the front cut tapered to one side and worn over one eye, or (for girls) short choppy hair, no longer than shoulder length, often with excessive layering. Both boys and girls often bleach the under-portions of the hair blonde and leave the outer layer black so the blonde shows through from underneath.

Its an odd style that branched off of the emo trend. It basically has to do with choppy dyed hair thats generally straight with lots of hairspray, bowties for hair acessories, and lots of makeup. The style is usually patterned; dinosaurs, or anything that was cool in the 90s such as spice girls or backstreet boys.
