Hi! I would use a comb that has a teaser on it. Any beauty shop like Sally's sells them. They have special teeth and a pick at the other end and it allows you to "poof" you hair out at the root or wherever you want. Good luck. Hope this helps!

separate the front 2-3 inches of your hair, tease it with a brush, twist it once and clip it. easy!

like spiky that is standing up?, use hair glue with hair spray and a blow dryer, I personally use got 2 be glued , and it holds my faux hawk pretty well
