Well i want that cool skunk racoon hair thing, but i dont feel like getting it done so what do i do and what do i need to do it?

OHK.

Well first if your hair is dark(black, brown, dark blonde) you have to bleach the parts you want to put the stripes/spots in. Then you get the dye you chose and follow the instructions as you were doing a full head dye but just for the parts you bleached.

If its too hard you can always get a hairdresser to do it. Not everyone can work this headstyle so ask your salon if this will suite you or not. try and get a salon which specialises in coloring.
