I wanna get scene hair but not sure how to get the style can sumone help me out??

Anyone can have scene hair, in my opinion it's really cute and original!

If you have long hair you should get side swept bangs, and LOTS of short layers, but don't get your hair cut shorter.

If you have shorter hair, you could get straight across or side swept bangs, they will both look nice. Once again, get short layers but try not to get your hair cut shorter length wise.

As for colors, in my opinion, black and white blonde look the best on scene girls. Dying doesnt usually damage your hair, but bleaching does, either way, be sure to go to a salon to get it done. A brand called manic panic sells indevidual clip in colored extentions that come in so many vivid colors, hot pink, light pink, blonde, black, lime green, turquoise, etc. And they sell them on their website for $5 each!

The website is:

If your hair is curly or wavy, get a CHI flat iron, they work wonders and don't dry or damage hair!

This website sells one for $99.95 with free shiping, which it actually $30-50 less than if you go to a beauty shop to buy one:

The girl before me basically summed it up. but if your going to get it cut in a salon, make sure you get it cut in a modern salon.

Scene hair isn't really about the cut of the hair, it's about the way it's styled and coloured.

Scene hair originates from Manga styles (japanese cartoons) and is a more punk version of the "emo style" and usually still attributes as a long sweeping side fringe (though not always required.)

Scene hair can be about being yourselves, the aim is to just do what you think looks goodon you!

I found a website for you full of examples:

When it comes to dye, just think about the colours that suit you best and that you wouldn't mind having in your hair, pink, red, black and blonde streaks and the mose popular colours.

Style:

1. Wash and condition

2. towel dry

3. Use styling mouse or gel to brush backwards

4. Style around your face, have spiky bits at the back if you want.

Finish off with a cute DIY accessory, bow or necklace, such as something from LoveBites and Bruises: http://www.lovebitesandbruises.com

This will show a flair of originality that scenesters try to go for to make them stand out and be original.

Best of luck with it! :)
