Hi, I want emo/scene hair.... my hair reaches to reight below my ears, and is testurized and curly.

A flat iron is your best friend when it comes to spiking. A good one, not some gold-n-hot mess.
For dying, Loreal Hi-color hi-lights works wonderfully for dark hair. I use the magenta all the time :D.
Also, having a pack of blonde human hair track is a good idea too. Blonde, because its easier to dye it fun colors such as blue and pink. Dye a little piece, glue it in, boom. Instant highlight/chunk.
