I am looking for something along these lines for styling my hair....what should I tell the stylist to get this look? Whats I get it how would I maintain the look?

Bring in a picture that fits your body style. In other words, don't bring in a picture of a 100 pound figure if you weigh 175 pounds. The stylist will laugh as they don't do miracles.
Make suggestions, show the picture, and listen. You don't want a style that only the hairdresser can maintain. Make sure you explain this point.
I am sure that any style will go with your pretty face. However it is nice to have a proper frame around a Picasso.
