There isn't really a name for it, but if you want that cut, just tell the hairstyle person [lol] that you want side-swept bangs and face framing layers.

hmmm sorry i'm not sure i believe it would just be called a layered emo cut, show your hair dresser the pictures and describe it as well, ask him if it would go with your facial features as well. remember a picture is worth a thousand words!
